Do you have any experience with using these drugs simultaneously? What happened with the length of time of B cell depletion? CD4 count? Infections?
Answer
I have no direct experience with use of both of these drugs together. I would be very concerned about the risk of infection if both were used together. Prior trials of combinations of Orencia and Kineret with TNF inhibitors that showed increased side effects, further dampens my enthusiasm.
