Magnets for treating Arthritis Pain

Does the wearing of magnets help with arthritis pain? I am talking about hip pain, thumb pain, and knee pain.

Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Symptoms

I have severe psoriatic arthritis, I have tried remicade, humira, and enbrel with no avail. I broke out like chicken pox/measles when I took humuria and let it work out of my system. My face is now breaking out, especially around my eyes, massive scalp yeck, and losing tons of hair. I am over 50, and never had this problem in my younger years. It is getting worse year after year. Is there no help?

Colon Cleansing for Fibromyalgia?

I was told about a Dr. from Johns Hopkins who did a radio talk show about a 90 day colon cleanse that helps people with fibromyalgia, among some other problems. How can I get this information?

Helping children with Rheumatoid Arthritis

I am a 45 year old caucasian female who was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis back when I was 23 years old. I have had 2 hip replacements 2 hip revisions a shoulder replacement and a thumb reconstuction. I was fortunate enough to go to a Homeopathic Institute last summer I was put through a series of tests and was diagnosed with Reactive Arthritis not Rheumatoid Arthritis. I seem to do get recurrent bladder infections and other infections. I do well on antiboitics and then I go off of them and I flare up again, My question is Can I Stay On Antibiiotics Permanently? Is there anything I can do to cut down on getting these infections? I am wearing down a little everyday and the pain is getting the best of me as well as the deforming I try to go to pool as much as I can., If there is any way I can help children with this disease please direct me to someone I can call to volunteer my experience in dealing with this disease If I can help one person I will have fulfilled my dream…Thank you For your time and help Tammy

Efficacy of Enbrel for RA

Is the medication Limbrel an effective treatment for rheumatoid arthritis

Is there a replacement for the Prosorba Column Treatment for RA?

We have a rheumatoid patient who has been receiving the Prosorba Column Treatment for several years, and it has greatly relieved her symptons. Manufacture of this column has been discontinued, and the columns will expire in July, this year. This patient has never responded to any of the drugs on the market. We wonder if you know of other patients in this predicament and what alternatives are available. I work in the apheresis unit that administers these treatments and have been unable to find answers for this patient. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
