DMARDs for Arthritis Q & A

Enbrel, Metho, Humira

I am 26 yrs old. I began taking 6 tablets of Metho and 50mg of Enbrel per wk since Jan. But around June to Aug I was getting my period every 2 to 2 1/2 wks, then I was switched to Humira and Metho. During this time I am still taking a shot per wk and my period stopped. I am now a month late, should I be worrying? My regular dr says, it’s normal for a women to be late when her meds are being switched. But I have not read anywhere about this problem. Should I be concerned?

Humira and breast implants

I have been taking humira for psoriatic arthritis for a couple of years now. I am young and will be on the medication for many years. I am considering having breast implants – does having psoriatic arthritis or taking humira pose any additional risks to this optional surgery? Are there any additional risks with implants and the disease and humira?
