There is no specific recommendation regarding activities after Hyalgan injections although from a theoretical perspective, inflammation in the joint can degrade the Hylgan and thus activities that cause swelling of the knee should be avoided.

I have a low cartilidge level in my left knee. I have started treatment with hyalgan. Can I play sports after the 5th shot?
